A block of rooms with a special discount rate for participants of MIOMD-X is being held at the following hotels which are within walking distance to the conference site (SIMIT) and the subway station to main attraction sites of Shanghai. The room reservation will be on a first come, first serve basis. The due date is extended to July 31(China time zone). All the reservation cards could be downloaded from here.

To secure the special discount rate, please fax or e-mail your reservation cards no later than July 30, 2010. The reservations will be on a first come first serve basis. If you prefer, you can also arrange the accommodations by yourself or through a travel agent you have had experience with.

►Please Note:
1. The World EXPO 2010 will be held from May 1 to October 31, 2010 in Shanghai. The forecasted participants and visitors for the event will be around 70 million in total during this period in Shanghai. The hotel rooms may be very limited and the price may be much higher than the normal rate. Therefore, we recommend you make hotel reservation as soon as possible to secure the special rate we arranged for MIOMD-X 2010 participants. The room reservation will be on a first come, first serve basis. The special discount rates for these hotels will expire after July 31, 2010.

2. Traffic informations about the hotels can be found from this web-site. To avoid possible miscommunications, we recommend that you take taxi from the airport instead of making taxi reservations through the hotels. Please provide us your flight information including the carriers, flight numbers and estimated arrive time as soon as possible by e-mail.
